tip of the month

update photos

let's pretend that you are browsing through hundreds of homes on mht, would you be drawn to the homes without photos?

homes with photos get the most hits, so it makes sense to post photos of all your homes. it is also important to show homes in the best light possible. that means no cars or objects obstructing the view of the home. no clutter in the yard. absolutely no snow! who wants to see that stuff this time of year? pick a nice day to take the photos, blue skies always make the home look better. remember, you can place up to 6 photos on each listing. use this space for different angles, the back yard, interior shots and floor plans.

we will be featuring selected questions from users in each newsletter. please send any questions to:

q: how do i change my company information?

a: to change your street address, phone, fax, cell or alternate number, or company description, sign into the client access area and choose "update company profile". you can also change your email address, website address and upload a new photo or logo here. the items that cannot be changed by you, can be changed by the staff at®. just send an email to

q: what information should be in the company description?

a: we suggest that you use this area to promote what makes your company special. include office hours, appointment availability, and days you are closed. this is also the place to highlight promotional specials and open houses.

if you ever have a problem that needs immediate attention, please do not hesitate to e-mail us, or call us at (810) 632-0600. no question is too small; we want to be aware of any quirks as soon as possible and keep the site running smoothly.
