Banner Advertising is a great way to grab the attention of consumers Spread the Word about MHT MHT attended the Louisville Manufactured Home Show in January Tip of the MonthSpring Selling Season is Around the Corner! As the ground begins to thaw, home shoppers start to come out. Make sure that you are prepared for the spring season by updating your retailer page. Updating your advertising page is easier than you think. Log on to the Client Access page and click Update Company Profile to make whatever changes are necessary.Here are some things you can update on your MHT advertising page:
Numbers of visitors to the website are going up with the onset of spring - so make sure listings are up to date and ready for visitors to view. Q&AWe will be featuring selected questions from users in each newsletter. Please send any questions to: editor@manufacturedhomestoday.com. Q: How do people find my homes on the web? A: There are several ways that homebuyers are referred to MHT. Many people find the website by typing key words into search engines such as Google or Yahoo. Advertisements in our print publication "Manufactured Home Monthly™" lead readers to the website. Word of mouth from browsers and clients is also an excellent source. The "Email a friend" link that appears on each listing is one example of how information is easily passed on to others. Lastly, the most important advertisement is you! Make sure that you let your customers know you are on the web. Mention your MHT webpage in printed ads, flyers and brochures. Use your answering machine to direct clients to your page, this will give them immediate access to important information and save you from missing connections. Save a link to MHT and send it in emails to clients. Use phases such as; "See our homes listings in color on MHT" and "See more photos online" when referring clients to you webpage. If you ever have a problem that needs immediate attention, please do not hesitate to e-mail us, or call us at (810) 632-0600. No question is too small; we want to be aware of any quirks as soon as possible and keep the site running smoothly.
