Double Exposure for Home Listings
You may have noticed a new feature on the Manufacturer Advertising Pages. On each Manufacturer Advertising Page there now is a list of links to all of the Retailers who have homes listed by that particular Manufacturer. For instance, if you have a home listed that is manufactured by Skyline, on the Skyline Manufacturer Advertising Page there will be a link to your Retailer Advertising Page on MHT. This gives you double exposure on MHT for no additional cost.
Free Username Upgrade
If you are an advertiser with both community and retailer pages, you can now get an updated password that will give you access to both your retailer and community profile with one user name. Please contact us if you would like to take advantage of this free upgrade to your account.

A Picture Is Worth a Thousand Words
What are the pictures of your listings saying? The most important feature of your home listing page is the photo section. Home listings with photos average 5 times more views than homes with no photos. Make a good impression by showing homes in the best light possible. Take pictures on a nice day, and try to remove cars, trash cans and toys from the yard. Remember, you can place up to 6 photos on each listing. Use this space for different angles, the back yard, interior shots and floor plans.

Q: I changed my 'user email address' in the user admin of MHT, but my emails are still going to my old address. How can I fix this?
A: Retailer Advertising accounts have 2 places to enter an email address. The Retailer Advertising Page has an email address, and the User Name, which is the email that is connected to the home listing, also has an email address. You can set these to go to the same email address or different email addresses.
To view or make changes to these email addresses, sign into the Client Access Area. To view and/or change the email address on the Retailer Advertising Page, select the “Update Retailer Profile” link (in left menu). To view and/or change User Name email address, select the “Update” link under ‘User Administration’ in the left menu.
If you ever have a problem that needs immediate attention, please do not hesitate to e-mail us, or call us at (810) 632-0600. No question is too small; we want to be aware of any quirks as soon as possible and keep the site running smoothly.
