beware of ugly photos:
put the time and effort into taking good pictures, it is worth it. distracting elements in the landscape will remove the viewer's attention from the home. arrange to have cars removed from the driveway, and have toys, garbage cans, and other miscellaneous items cleaned up. make sure that pictures are updated for the appropriate season. taking these extra steps will increase the likelihood of receiving inquiries. the worst mistake that can be made is to not put any photos up at all. remember, �a picture is worth a thousand words�, so make it a good one!
the month of july brought mht the highest number of visitors to date! we are certain that the number of visitors to this site will continue to grow in the months to come.

having the use of the manufacturedhomestoday.com website has certainly made my job as manager of sunrise homes easier! from the first time that i sat down to list one of my homes on the site, i felt like a pro because it was so easy to use. our buyers say they like it because they can shop at their own convenience until they are ready to contact us. with the popularity of internet surfing and especially the increase in internet sales the last few years, if we wanted to keep up with the times we had to go "on line". this was sure an easy way to do it!

q: who should have access to my/our accounts?
a: manufacturedhomestoday.com® recommends that only authorized people work with your listings. you will have a management account, plus a client access for each agent who publishes listings for your retail location. the management account can add, update and delete all listings for your location. the individual agent accounts can only add, update and delete their own listings
q: how do i change a password or request a new one?
a: to change or request a password, send an email to: email@example.com and we will respond by the next business day.

listings just got easier to put up, thanks to a suggestion by a user. after you put a listing up you can click on a link that shows you how the ad will appear on the mht page. simply click on this link, check for mistakes, and print out the listing. thank you for this great suggestion!
