Tip of the Month
BEWARE OF UGLY PHOTOS:
Put the time and effort into taking good pictures, it is worth it. Distracting elements in the landscape will remove the viewer's attention from the home. Arrange to have cars removed from the driveway, and have toys, garbage cans, and other miscellaneous items cleaned up. Make sure that pictures are updated for the appropriate season. Taking these extra steps will increase the likelihood of receiving inquiries. The worst mistake that can be made is to not put any photos up at all. Remember, “A picture is worth a thousand words”, so make it a good one!

Q: Who should have access to my/our accounts?
A: ManufacturedHomesToday.com® recommends that only authorized people work with your listings. You will have a management account, plus a client access for each agent who publishes listings for your retail location. The management account can add, update and delete all listings for your location. The individual agent accounts can only add, update and delete their own listings
Q: How do I change a password or request a new one?
A: To change or request a password, send an email to: PasswordRequest@manufacturedhomestoday.com and we will respond by the next business day.

Listings just got easier to put up, thanks to a suggestion by a user. After you put a listing up you can click on a link that shows you how the ad will appear on the MHT page. Simply click on this link, check for mistakes, and print out the listing. Thank you for this great suggestion!

Website Feature of the Month
USE HOME LISTING SHEETS AS SALES FLYERS:
Home listing sheets are now formatted to be printable. Post these sheets in the sales office and/or in homes that are for sale. This is a great way to keep information accessible to buyers.
